These Terms govern your use of Strikai ("the app"), developed by Utulb. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Strikai for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the app store's terms.
Strikai is a habit- and challenge-tracking tool for general wellness and motivation. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional guidance. Consult a physician before starting any fitness, nutrition, cold-exposure, or other physically demanding challenge, especially if you have a medical condition. You participate in any challenge at your own risk. Do not push beyond safe limits to keep a streak.
Some challenges use a strict mode: if you miss a day, the challenge may reset ("day one"). This is an intentional design of the product. A limited day-rescue option may be available. You are responsible for your own progress and data.
Strikai Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks features such as an ad-free experience, premium themes, detailed statistics, and unlimited day rescues. Purchases are processed by Apple and managed through your App Store account. Prices are shown at the point of purchase and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we do not process payments or refunds directly. Restore purchases is available in the app.
The free version shows ads. By using the free version you agree to the display of advertising. Purchasing Strikai Pro removes ads.
You agree not to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app, or use it in violation of any law.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utulb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any personal injury, arising from your use of the app or participation in any challenge.
We may update the app and these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
